Maybe it's easier to compare it with gas & cars.

You can have a very fast, very high performance car.

But it doesn't do you any good without gas.

Bandwidth is like gas.

Only it doesn't come from Middle East dictators.

If you still don't get it, save your money and cancel your server.

Yes that box should be ok handling those servers
No you do not have enough bandwidth to cover them all being full for very
long
