I put maxrate as an example, but it was the fps_max command i was talking
about. What i mean by disable was you can change it to whatever variable and
it wouldnt change, It would stay to whatever was set on the command line.

When you mean disable it, explain a bit more? I believe setting it to 0
removes any caps (but rate stops at either 20000 or 30000 IIRC, forget
which
it is without pulling our configs). And no one can change cvars on your
server unless they have rcon access. And if those users can't be trusted
to
not change that cvar, they shouldn't have RCON access. ;) And the logs
will
show what IP changed it.

Sorry, i have one more question. I reember there was a command I could

in the command line to disable the command i just forgot what it was

like if i wanted to disable sv_maxrate there was soemthing i could put in
the command line so people couldnt change it.
