I've been trying to figure out the rates my server will run best at by reading http://forums.steampowered.com/forums/showthread.php?t=98416 and using http://www.reece-eu.net/drekrates.php
I'm not sure if its accurate especially in the way I did my speedtest. I only have access to the command line since I have linux. My test was using another 100mbps connection to test ftp download/upload. I got ~700KBps up and down which is about 5600kbps. My hardware is Intel Xeon X3220 Quad Core (oddly lists 2.5 in title of /proc/cpuinfo but says 1998.0Mhz), 4GB DDR2-667 Memory.
