happens a lot. #2: Server get stuck in a "reported no change but... m_eyeangles changed" loop using 100% and must be control-c'd. Everyone crashes when this happens. #3: 11v11 max in arena, no cvar to override. Lord knows nobody would ever think of unlocking it to be 15v15 with some hack of a plugin and then there'll be tons of 'that's not how valve intended it zomg' etc fighting again.
