It could be a Content Server problem. Maybe try deleting the blob and pick up a different Content Server. That's just off the top of my head and probably not likely to fix the issue. :p Or just keep retrying, but in between, don't delete the directory entirely. Just press the up arrow or F3 to run the exact same command line. Sometimes I run into issues where it fails in the middle of the download and I just have to 'restart' it to continue the download.
