I just looked at the logs from one of my servers and it turns out that
I've been getting that error too. It doesn't seem to cause any problems,
but it is annoying.

If you move the steam file into the proper folder, it does get rid of
this message, though: "Could not locate steam binary:./steam, ignoring."
