Sounds like we got a L4D update. It's not just a client update. I just ran hldsupdatetool and received a server update. ------- Updates to Left 4 Dead have been released. The updates will be applied automatically when your Steam client is restarted. The specific changes include:
Left 4 Dead Lobby leaders can now specify in lobby settings whether to search for an official dedicated server or for the best available dedicated server.
