It's the issue with server tag string. When you specify both steamgroup and search key, it may become too long (longer than 63 symbols) so some tags get truncated - either steamgroup or key one. They have promised to fix it in SDK update by enabling more data to be sent to master servers (read the Survival DLC patch notes here).
