Did you shut the server down when you did the update? It looks like you have older .u files causing it to fail the security check. Please make sure you stop the server before running HLDS update. If that doesn't solve the issue, back up your KillingFloor.ini and any other config files, delete the System folder, and then run HLDS update again. Then replace your KillingFloor.ini and any other files you might have added.
