I usually just clean them out, then when you see them it's a good indication
a problem exists and it's time to find out where and what's causing it or
just ignore it.

Unless it's a in beta/alpha release, then I tend to hold onto them and send
them into the team working on it as these guys usually request these when
they are trying to fix any common problems/issues they encounter.

It is frequent, I have hundreds of mdmp files from crashes every other day.
