The release should be going live any minute. 

Regarding the website, the mod team unfortunately had an issue with their
website this week (yeah I know terrible timing). From what I hear, it should
be coming back up any time. The website is www.defencealliancegame.com. In
the meantime you can check out a trailer here if you want to see what the
