Doing some digging it looks like the nameservers (ns1/ns2.xfactorservers.com) are failing right now, even though their site is up, but of course, their site use ns1-ns4.firehost.com. So, if I had to give you a reason their site was down, xfactor server's nameservers are failing right now. Probably a temporary issue and will be fixed with the starting of tomorrow's workweek.
