I have found a bug in the backend related to the region setting.

It will be fixed today, and my apologies for the inconvenience.

This bug should only affect TF2 servers.

I believe it to be more of a bug than anything else.
My own server has sv_region set up just fine, but it does not show up in that 
region at all (Europe, but shows up in US-East) As do many other servers that I 
know have it set up properly.
