FYI, that's not Gmail's hardfail that you're seeing. You must be on IPv6 and Valve hasn't added IPv6 addresses to the allowed IPs for the list.valvesoftware.com SPF records.
Mailman isn't actually relaying the SPF results from the messages being sent to it, but I can guarantee that it's failing (and not being verified). Also notice how the IP addresses don't match up? Everything from the surry.net domain is spoofed.
