I will paste the reply I made in a csgo thread about this subject. "There used to be a situation where clients would get disconnected because they took too long to re-authenticate while connected in the server. This was not a server issue, *it was a client issue taking up too much cpu and not being able to respond in time to the auth ticket request.* It is known for bugs to be recurrent.
