[hlds] Optional Half-Life Deathmatch: Source Update Released

An optional update to Half-Life Deathmatch: Source has been released. 
The changes are below.

 - John

 - Fixed OS X clients failing to load maps
 - Fixed config files being packaged into hl1/cfg/ instead of 
hl1mp/cfg/ resulting in servers not loading a skill config by default
