[hlds_apps] Lot of speedhacks out there now...

I've noticed these last weeks that there appear players with 
speedhack/aimbot/wallhack on our server. This is a real plague, considering 
that it was a long time I've had these speedhacks around.

I wonder if there is a way to report this to Valve and if they will do 
something about it.
I only use VAC on my server, because I think this should be sufficient.
HL Guard is not effective, because they only go after specific words in 
scripts, which can be easily altered and catches players without cheats 
because they happen to have scripts that has one of these words without 
beeing a cheat.

And C-D stops working every time Steam updates... :-)
So where to send reports about cheatlinks and will this help?
