So, yeah, you're not the only one.  For those of you who want to try it
(games load and exit much, much faster), add -win to the end of your CS
shortcut's commandline.  Set whatever video settings you want
(obviously, a lower res than your desktop), and exit CS.  THEN REMOVE
THE -win FROM YOUR SHORTCUT.  THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT.  If you do not
remove the -win, it will default to the lowest possible res (like
420x340 or something like that?) every time you start a game.  Not fun.
