"If you've been testing cheats on your server in the past you should stop.
All information regarding detected cheaters will be going into the ban list
database.  If you suspect that a cheat still works, send the information to
us and we'll look into it.

Tell them - you were cought cheating by valve's anti cheat software. Contact
valve if you deny cheating.

Fact is - if there are legitimate stuff producing false postives they will
be in large enough numbers for valve to notice, fix, and unban.
