yeah, maybe I was wrong in posting that info but as Dave said I was
suggesting that if you put the problem in front of the big dogs then maybe
they will be encouraged to kick some ass on the problem. I know how
development works and if a manager gets pissed because he suddenly starts
getting complaints from users(and alot of them no less) in his personal
email address it makes magical things happen overnight.
