This is
downright funny.
The Server Spy (http://www.goonsquad.net/serverspy/) has had
all of the
above features for a year and a half at least. TK punishment,
TD punishment
(in CS at least), reverse damage, mirror damage, slaytk, slaptk
(among
others) as well as stats generation, irc bot, multiple server
support and
many more features.

YEAH! Thats it, thats the windows app I was talking about. Too
bad it's not written for teh l00nix. I did read your page and I
know it can be made to work but most people arent going to want
to add a windows station into the mix even an existing one.
