Yeah, a good portion of the Internet has had about 95% packet loss last night, and early this morning ... they seem to have it somewhat contained, and the net seems to be quasi-stable now, (more so than it was last night) and amazingly enough, it seems to using a buffer overflow exploit in MS SQL Server!
