Of course less content provider requirements would help also. If people could donate 25mbps and there was a Linux version available that would make it much more viable for more takeup.

We need Custom Content Server which will forward Login Stuff to Real Content Servers. GSPs and Clans with a "root server" would have their own content server so lots of steam clients will never reach the Real Content Servers for downloading. Such a Custom Content Server could be used at Lanpartys, too. THAT would be great.
But I should stop dreaming.....
