Since it was off topic i thought you were talking about the windows steam client. Theres an option to delete the local game content for it i'm pretty sure.

It started to download yesterday to my computer after I logged out and logged back into steam. The downloaded seemed to hang at 17%, so I cancelled it. Since then, I cannot make it download again. Did I mess it up by cancelling it mid-stream? Can I "force" it to download? I have attemted to log back out of steam and log back in about a dozen times, and still nothing.
