It's " --" and not simply "--" or "-- "? I had thought the space came afterward.. But what do I know? I'm running Windows :) Speaking of which, if you're using either OE or one of the Outlook flavors (and I know some of you folks here are), check out the excellent Outlook Quotefix addon at http://home.in.tum.de/~jain/software/outlook-quotefix/. It'll add some sanity to Outlook's default handling of replies and quote headers, even stripping out signatures on reply. -- Tim (who's always happy to see another anal poster) _______________________________________________ To unsubscribe, edit your list preferences, or view the list archives, please visit: http://list.valvesoftware.com/mailman/listinfo/hlds_linux
