Hi,
 Thought maybe you might find this interested. I run game-monitor.com
and I made a quick page that queries the database for all servers
running CS:S that have not been responding in the past 20mins - 2 hours
and returns the counts of what maps they went down on.

I have never had to concern myself w/ UTF-8 until now so I am looking in
to how to install/enable it in FreeBSD.  I want to try it out on my test
server and see if it's difficult to impliment.
