[hlds_linux] [Web Mod] Official Webmod 0.48

dJeyL released an update to Web Mod that you will want to grab if you're 
using it.  There is security issue with v0.47.

Note: this is a minor but necessary update. Please check the forums for 
(unofficial but worthy) contributions and updates for your web contents 
(.w page sets).

   * fixed a security issue where a malformed POST query could crash the
     server (or worse)
   * fixed forms data (eg. login page) sent by Mozilla, Firefox & co.
