Add -debug to your command line, it seems like the server is not connected to the internet..

"counldn't exec language.cfg" it download the security mod then "scandir failed:/home/hldserver/hlds/hlds/./platform/SAVE" "No auth servers parsed Disabling Valve Authentication."
