Yes but most gsp/isp's don't have the man power to go checking each and
every server for illegal content do they ?
And I mean whats is the main difference between the server files, and an
illegal copy of cs ? It can't be that much but I guess if you knew the name
of a particular file that would be included to hack it as a complete game
then just search for that file. But again it's not the gsp's job to check
every account for dodgey software.
