im having problems with this also im only running 50 % fps but users are getting 30-40 fps with about 20 people on the server which is crap I would like to see it max out my servers cpu or near it and get them higher fps I have the highest preferences to make it use more cpu also.... sv_minrate 3500

Sounds like the whole 3.1.1.1c to d thing all over again.
