Hi, thx for detailed info.

1º kill all process relation to hlds ( ie, hlds_run, hlds_i686)
2º server Ip address is 67.168.4.197 ? no, your IP eth is (192.168.1.5)
3º star your server this line (inet) (./hlds_run -game cstrike +ip
192.168.1.5 +port 27015 +maxplayers 8 +map de_dust -autoupdate)
4º star your server this line (LAN) (./hlds_run -game cstrike -insecure
-nomaster +sv_lan 1 +ip 192.168.1.5 +port 27015 +maxplayers 8 +map de_dust
-insecure (no VAC)
-nomaster (no conexion external servers VALVE?)
+sv_lan 1 (LAN funcion)

One thing that needs to be cleard up,, does the server have more then 1
network interface?

If there is only one and you are useing the default port dop the ip and port
from the commandline.

When the IP address is added to the commandline the server will not
broadcast over the network, thus not show up in the steam client server
browser.

Even if it is a full internet server, go ahead and leave the IP and port
off, just make sure the IP for the box is the one set in your router for
forwarding.....

When you are running an itnernet server when you first start your server it
checks in with the master server, and does so on every map change.. the
clients got your server IP from the master list......
