http://storefront.steampowered.com/download/hldsupdatetool.exe Else if you are setting up the server on a UNIX based server, then download the following tool. http://storefront.steampowered.com/download/hldsupdatetool.bin You will be required to have 'ncompress' installed to extract steam from the 'hldsupdatetool.bin' archive.
