Hi, I've just installed a Fedora Core 4 system (our first Core 4 system, all others are 3 or under). We've had a number of problems with HLDS. This Linux installation is unsupported. You must have GLIBC 2.3.2 or higher. Please update your installation to a more recent version. For more information visit http://support.steampowered.com Err: ./test1.so: cannot restore segment prot after reloc: Permission denied When trying to run the steam update tool. The machine has glibc2.3.5-10.3 - clearly newer than the version specified in the error. I'm out of ideas as to why this is happening, if anyone could give me a bump in the right direction I'd be extremely greatful. Thanks in advance! -- Kind Regards, Monil Patel Reload Network Administrator e: [EMAIL PROTECTED] f: +44 (0)8704321927 t: +44 (0)2070436224 _______________________________________________ To unsubscribe, edit your list preferences, or view the list archives, please visit: http://list.valvesoftware.com/mailman/listinfo/hlds_linux
