hey all, i just checked my logs and found something interesting i can't explain...
from time to time - every 2 weeks maybe - someone gets banned on my server and i don't know why. i don't use unknown scripts so this shouldn't be the problem... log lines are as follows: L1229034.log:453:L 12/29/2005 - 19:53:27: "buTTercup<402><STEAM_0:1:xxxxx><CT>" disconnected (reason "Added to banned list") "Added to banned list" means ban by IP, doesn't it? i don't think it's a VAC ban as that message is something else... has anyone else seen these strange bans before and knows why this is happening? would love to sort this thing out! thank you, alex _______________________________________________ To unsubscribe, edit your list preferences, or view the list archives, please visit: http://list.valvesoftware.com/mailman/listinfo/hlds_linux
