Update: You can connect by typing "Connect IP:Port" in the console, but none of the linux servers that have been updated show in the server browser anymore. I can connect via favorites in windows, or typing "connect ip:port" in the game itself.
Thought it was strange that my browser list had lost over 500 servers.
