I think that is pretty much confirmed now:
http://forums.steampowered.com/forums/showthread.php?p=6743723#post6743723

Indamix moved the complete installation, kernel (no recompile) and
everything else (gameserver files) to a new CPU type server (Athlon64), one
that supports SSE2..and, no more problems, the servers now work just fine
now, no errors.

Can we get a confirmation Valve? Are SSE2 CPUs required for OrangeBox
gamesservers?

Could it be all chips without SSE2 support?
