We also think it was intended so we converted our databases from STEAM_0:x:x
to STEAM_1:x:x . Wasn't too much of an issue to do so.

Yes, L4D uses Steam_1:Y:Z since release, so if it's now in OB engine, it's
probably not a bug, it's intended.
