It wasn't too bad for a while, but since the most recent update, we're seeing it on our server almost every night. I have the slowest client, so I'm typically the last in, and it's often me that gets switched (although not always), so it seems there's a timing element to the bug.
I'm curious to know if the team manager plugin for SM works reliably. Might be worth a try.
