Also disable Hyperthreading in bios. HT is buggy and does not help you 
much if you have stability issues. It´s the other way around. It becomes 
more unstable with HT enabled.

1. Disable HT in bios
2. Since you have only 1 core taskset is not needed
3. |chrt -f -p 98 [SERVER PID]|
|4.Disable SourceTv|
|5.Test server stability with fps meter|
