Thanks for the responses.  I'm not looking for anything complex, and I 
don't have large ban lists, and there is only one server running at a 
time.  We just run a lot of different mods.

All I've done is linked the lists to lists stored in a particular 
location.  I was just wondering if there would be any issues having the 
SRCDS and HLDS ban lists in the same file.   They appear to be pretty 
much the same format.

I guess I'll find out... :)
