Dont delete them or your server will have issues when the particular map is on. 
The lump files are changes to maps so that they do not need to compile whole 
map and release that due to minor changes. Like adding a barrel model to block 
some entry that could be exploited before. Foundry updated and compiled again 
so the lmp lump for it was no longer necessary.
