Recently there was a case where folks were stuck on plr_pipeline stage 3
due to the carts not moving at all. Yesterday it happened again, for 2
hours nothing but pipeline stage 3 despite time running out.
Is the map broken yet again by some update, anyone else seeing similiar?
I've removed it from cycle for now.
