Well we certainly do NOT want this for any client to use... I can foresee
all kinds of issues going forward if people are allowed to randomly change
colors of text without any sort of control.

Does this mean we can half alpha values? Will I have to worry about people
using colorful invisible language?
Is there a CVAR to disable colors? As nice as they are I can already see the
