I think the gripe here is that the app ID you feed to the API (the game's ID) is not the same as the app ID you feed to SteamCMD (the dedicated server's ID), requiring lookup tables. For what it's worth, https://api.steampowered.com/ISteamApps/UpToDateCheck/v0001?appid=232330&version=1702177 returns an error: "Couldn't get app info for the app specified."
