[hlds_linux] Again, Policy of truth

Can someone at VALVe finalle have some time and look at submitted abuse 
reports from servers that violate quickplay rules? I just checked and 
still the same servers that i reported nearly 2 months ago, are still 
there ,with fast and instant respawn.
