Yep. I use "+port" and "-steamport" in my SRCDS command-lines. I have never tried to over-ride the "+clientport" option. What is a mystery to me is why it needs any more ports than "+port" and "-steamport". Further, it seems to always grab TWO "client ports" per instance - not just ONE.
Also, I just double-checked my HLDS port usage. That doesn't use anything other than "+port" and -"sport" (instead of "-steamport"). There doesn't seem to be any need for the GoldSrc/HLDS to use any ports other than that.
