I bet the main goal of disabling community servers by default was
preventing players from getting wrong experience of the game. If i was
Valve id do the same. Since a tonn of servers violating quickplay rules and
even "Valve policy of truth" still participating in it, putting only Valve
servers by default is a reasonable action. Read the rules in forum: ads are
not forbidden. But, the only thing i still can't get, why players should
get wrong experience on laggy official servers with fps drop down to 30...
And why not just make a server registration as a requirement to be listed
even in mastersever... And why not just make it as hard to get as
TeamSpeak3 non-profit license.. And why not just ban that violating
servers...
