Ok found my problem. Just moved to a new provider, and for some reason I had to start using "+ip #.#.#.#" in the start-up command-line for each SRCDS instance. Not sure why it would act differently on my old hosting provider (a general web/VPS company) and my new provider (a more game-oriented VPS provider), but whatever, it's working now.
