Well, it's pretty stable now, but the biggest problem being faced now is that with additions to gcc will come a change to the ssp framework. So gcc4 will have to stabilize, as well as the current cvs glibc, and the kernel is such a moving target nowadays that we may be forced to stop updating the kernel long enough to stabilize it ourselves with patches (not a desirable task). -- Archaic Want control, education, and security from your operating system?
