Recently, Somebody Somewhere wrote these words

I'm back on 20051221 and I have no udev_run_anything, so it's also
a mistake in the alfs type profile and/or the book of that date.

I'll reinstall letest udev as per latest uinstructions and make
sure udev_run_things end up in  /sbin.
